Press 'Last Update' column header. It will be sorted by the most recent release.
Click in the name of the first one. Check inside the popup if the architecture is for AMD64 (64-bit) or x86 (32-bit).
'Add to the cart' if the driver is compatible with your OS version. If not, close the popup and select the second one and so on.
Below the Search bar, you should see something like 'See Cart (1)'. If you have a number, sucess, your driver is added. Click on it.

Locate the file downloaded (a .cab). Expand it using 7zip or open a command prompt and use expand.

Open Device Manager (Right Click on Start Menu).
Locate 'Sound, Video and Game Controllers' and expand it.
Right click on 'Realtek High Definition Audio' and select 'Update Driver'.
Locate the driver files you expanded/extracted before.
Pray for the best and restart if the system ask for it (mandatory btw).
Next restart and your drivers are updated.

YMMV. Try the latest if you have any problem with a connector, particular headset,etc. You can always uninstall them from the Device Manager and proceed to install those from Realtek official (lazy ass) site. Me: No problems at all. Im using Sound Blaster X-Fi MB3 on top of them after all.
MAH VOLUMES. SOMETHING HAPPENED TO MAH VOLUMES
Check 'Levels' tab in the Windows' Sound Manager ('Properties' of Realtek HD Audio). Play with them and see if it is a volume problem, a software problem, or a real life problem. Also check whatever volume you can. 7.1-5.1-Stereo configuration can suddenly change automatically from the Realtek Panel depending of what it is connected (including USB headsets and TV's). Output Detection sometimes can get FUBAR.
If you have more than one Audio Output Device on Windows's Sound Manager, cycle the Default setting between them. It worked for me. Let say, a HDMI connected and Speakers... select the HDMI as Default, then the Speakers, and see if everything works as normal.

Me too but too far. Cheap option: Asus Xonar. Shit option: (any) Creative HW. Always an option: Disable Audio from BIOS/UEFI.

AFAIK, the patch notes are 'LOL HIGH NUMBER MEANS NEWER GL FURTHER' and in some cases 'F U try older if it breaks'.
